在Tanaka本构理论、Liang-Rogers本构理论以及Brinson本构理论的基础上,应用热力学定律,结合差示扫描量热仪(DSC)的实验数据,经理论推导给出了一种描述形状记忆合金相变过程中应力、应变、温度以及马氏体体积分数相互耦合的唯像本构模型,并在形状记忆合金的几种典型的物理状态下和经典的理论模型进行了对比性研究.结果表明,所提出的基于热力学定律的本构模型和经典的Liang-Rogers理论保持了较好的一致性.
在Tanaka本構理論、Liang-Rogers本構理論以及Brinson本構理論的基礎上,應用熱力學定律,結閤差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)的實驗數據,經理論推導給齣瞭一種描述形狀記憶閤金相變過程中應力、應變、溫度以及馬氏體體積分數相互耦閤的唯像本構模型,併在形狀記憶閤金的幾種典型的物理狀態下和經典的理論模型進行瞭對比性研究.結果錶明,所提齣的基于熱力學定律的本構模型和經典的Liang-Rogers理論保持瞭較好的一緻性.

Based on Tanaka theory, Liang-Rogers theory and Brinson theory of shape memory alloys, a new constitutive model was presented. This model was established according to thermodynamic rules and deduced from the DSC experiment data, relations of stress, strain, temperature and Martensitic volume fraction, characterized in a new way. The model was compared with Tanaka and Liang-Rogers constitutive models in the form of figures. The results indicate that the new constitutive model keeps in line with Liang-Rogers theory.
