The process of blowing and raining of No. 0907 tropical storm GONI and the historical similar path typhoons were introduced. Based on typhoon disaster evaluation system of Hainan Province, the evaluation before and after the disaster of GONI were made. The effects of No. 0907 tropical storm GONI on agriculture production were analyzed and countermeasures were put forward.
