目的 探讨淋巴细胞趋化因子(lymphotactin,Ltn)与大鼠白色念珠菌肺炎发生发展过程的相关性.方法 选用清洁级健康雄性SD大鼠(150~180 g,鼠龄30~40 d)80只,随机分为模型组与对照组,每组40只.实验组从气管注入白色念珠菌菌液制备白色念珠菌肺炎模型,分别在接种完成后1 d、3 d、7 d、11 d处死大鼠(各组10只),取心室血,采用双抗体夹心ABC-酶联免疫吸附试验法测定血清Ltn、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素2(IL-2)水平,取肺组织行组织病理检查及病原体培养计数,应用SPSS 13.0统计软件对数据结果进行处理.结果 模型1 d、3 d、7 d、11 d组均见明显炎症反应,Szapiel评分分别为(1.70±0.48)分、(3.60±0.70)分、(2.90±0.57)分、(1.30±0.52)分,菌体负荷数分别为(3.50±1.07)×106 du/ml、(4.60±1.08)×106cfu/ml、(1.30±0.48)×106cfu/ml、(0.10±0.32)×106cfu/ml.模型1 d、3 d、7 d组Ltn、IFN-γ、IL-2水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),模型组Ltn的消长与炎性程度、菌落数、IFN-γ、IL-2水平呈正相关(γ=0.816、0.647、0.846、0.823,P值均<0.05).结论 Ltn参与了真菌感染过程.与IFN-γ、IL-2在消除病原体方面起着相互协同的积极作用.
