目的分析人性化护理措施对气管插管患者非计划性拔管的效果.方法采用病例对照的研究方法,将220例气管插管患者分为2组,对照组(n=110)按照气管插管的护理常规护理,实验组(n=110)增加人性化护理干预,比较2组气管插管非计划性拔管率.结果实验组气管插管非计划性拔管率显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论人性化护理可以降低气管插管患者非计划性拔管率.

Objective To analyze effects of humanized nursing care on the occurrence of unplanned estuation for patients with tracheal intubation.Methods We carried out a case-control study in 220 patients with tracheal intubation from January 2008 to August 2009,based on their clinical data.110 patients from January 2008 to December 2008 were recruited as the control group,who were given routine nursing care of tracheal intubation only.Another 110 patients from January 2009 to August 2009 were enrolled into the experimental group,who were given both routine nursing care of tracheal intubation and humanized care.Unplanned estuation rate was compared between the two groups.Results Based on the same nursing/bed ratio,there was no statistical difference in age,sex,mechanical ventilation time,and treatment duration in respiratory intensive care unit between the two groups.However,unplanned estuation rate of the experimental group was statistically lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Humanized nursing care can reduce unplanned estuation rate in patients with tracheal intubation.
