Atherosclerosis%Adiponectin%ob/ob mice%Olmesartan
目的 观察ob/ob小鼠不同组间血浆脂联素浓度的变化以及奥美沙坦干预后脂联素浓度的变化.方法 以ob/ob小鼠为对象,分为三组:①ob/ob小鼠空白组;②ob/ob小鼠高脂组;③ob/ob小鼠奥美沙坦组,①喂以普通饲料;②③喂以高脂饮食,10周后,早期动脉粥样硬化成模后,给与①②组安慰剂及③组奥美沙坦分别进行干预,10周后分别测定三组小鼠体脂肪含量,血糖,甘油三酯,总胆固醇,血清脂联素水平.结果 ob/ob小鼠高脂组脂联素水平低于ob/ob小鼠(P<0.05),奥美沙坦组脂联素水平高于ob/ob小鼠高脂组及ob/ob小鼠空白组(P<0.05)且奥美沙坦组体脂肪含量,甘油三酯,总胆固醇均低于空白组和高脂组(P<0.05).结论 奥美沙坦能提高活体内脂联素水平,改善血脂水平.

목적 관찰ob/ob소서불동조간혈장지련소농도적변화이급오미사탄간예후지련소농도적변화.방법 이ob/ob소서위대상,분위삼조:①ob/ob소서공백조;②ob/ob소서고지조;③ob/ob소서오미사탄조,①위이보통사료;②③위이고지음식,10주후,조기동맥죽양경화성모후,급여①②조안위제급③조오미사탄분별진행간예,10주후분별측정삼조소서체지방함량,혈당,감유삼지,총담고순,혈청지련소수평.결과 ob/ob소서고지조지련소수평저우ob/ob소서(P<0.05),오미사탄조지련소수평고우ob/ob소서고지조급ob/ob소서공백조(P<0.05)차오미사탄조체지방함량,감유삼지,총담고순균저우공백조화고지조(P<0.05).결론 오미사탄능제고활체내지련소수평,개선혈지수평.
Objective Observation of plasma adiponectin concentrations of ob / ob mice in different groups and changes after the olmesartan intervention.Methods ob / ob mice were divided into three groups:① blank control group; ② high-fat group; ③ olmesartan group.Mice in the control group were fed with ordinary diet,while the others were fed with high-fat diet.Early atherosclerosis was detected pathologically after 10 weeks in high-fat fed mice.According,mice in two group ②,③ were treated with placebo,olmesartan.Lipid,blood sugar,triglyceride,total cholesterol serum adiponectin levels and pathological eximination were performed after 10 weeks Results After 10 weeks treatment,serum adiponectin concentration in group ② were significantly lower than that in group ① ( P < 0.05 ).Serum adiponectin levels in group ③were significantly higher than that in group ① and ②( P <0.05).Moreover,glycogen deposition and lipidosis was significantly decreased in group ③ when compared to group ① and ② ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Olmesartan can increaseadiponectin levels in vivo,and lower blood lipid levels.
