目的 观察青光眼小梁切除联合生物羊膜植入术的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析2004年2月至2007年1月治疗的93例(105只眼)小梁切除联合生物羊膜植入术患者的术后眼压、滤过泡情况.分析各回访时间段的眼压情况,及滤过泡与年龄的关系.结果 术后第1天,第1周,第1、3、6月,第1、2、3年各时间段眼压均在正常范围,说明此术式有良好地引流降眼压作用.对两组年龄人群(以55岁为分界)滤过泡情况比较(χ2=9.026,P=0.003<0.05)两组差异有统计学意义,在大于55岁的人群效果更好.结论 小梁切除联合生物羊膜植入术能长期、有效地降低眼压,生物羊膜具有抗滤过泡纤维瘢痕化作用.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trabeculectomy combined with biological amnion transplantation.Methods 105 eyes of 93 patients that admitted from Feb, 2004 to Jan,2007 were per-formed with transplantation of biological amnions(RuiJi)under the sclerai flap of trabeculectomies.he intraocu-lar pressure and bleb condition of patients were retrospective analyzed.The value of intraocular pressure at each follow-up; the difference of intraocular pressure between pre-and post-trabeculetomy ;the relation between age and bleb condition were observed and statistic analyzed.Results One day,one week,one month,3 month, 6month,one year,2 year and 3 year after operation, clinical observation indicated that intraocular pressure were within normal ranges.There was a correlation between groups with different ages (χ2=9.026, P=0.003<0.05), the anti-scarring effect is more apparent in patients older than 55 years.Conclusions Trabeculectomy com-bined with biological amnion transplantation can long-term effectively decrease the intraocular pressure,bio-logical amnion is potential for anti-scaring ofblebs.
