利用等幂和与判别素数的充要条件及等幂和与Bernoulli数的同余关系，获得了与Bernoulli数有关的判别素数的充要条件，得到了整除Bernoulli数的充要条件，同时还得到了G.Giuga猜想的三个等价命题.
利用等冪和與判彆素數的充要條件及等冪和與Bernoulli數的同餘關繫，穫得瞭與Bernoulli數有關的判彆素數的充要條件，得到瞭整除Bernoulli數的充要條件，同時還得到瞭G.Giuga猜想的三箇等價命題.
이용등멱화여판별소수적충요조건급등멱화여Bernoulli수적동여관계，획득료여Bernoulli수유관적판별소수적충요조건，득도료정제Bernoulli수적충요조건，동시환득도료G.Giuga시상적삼개등개명제.
In this paper,weobtain the necessary and sufficient condition for discriminant prime numbers relating to Bernoulli's numbers and for the exactly divisible Bernoulli＇s number s by using sum of equal powers, by using the necessary and sufficient condition for discriminant prime numbers and the congruent relation of Bernoulli's numbers related sum of equal powers.
