目的 采用紫外分光光度法测定依托红霉素颗粒中红霉素的含量.方法 根据红霉素在酸性条件下水解后,水解产物在482 nm波长处有最大吸收的特点,对依托红霉素颗粒进行紫外分光光度法测定,并与微生物法测定方法 比较.结果 本法平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.6%(n=5);样品含量测定结果 与微生物法比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 本法缩短了检验周期,快速,适用于该制剂的快速含量测定.

Aim To determine erythromycin estolate granules by wring ultraviolet spectrophotometric method.Method Based on the fact that after acidic condition hydrolisis,the hydrolysate has the biggest absorption characteristic at the 482 nm wavelength,estolats granwles were determined by erythromycin ultraviolet spectrophotometric method,and was compared with the microorganism law determination method.Result This average recovery rate was 99.9%.RSD was 0.6%(n=5).There is no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion This method reduced the examination cycle.It in fast,and suitable for defermination.
