根据网络化海上编队协同作战的特点,选择基于信任度评价的招标策略、基于自适应的投标策略和基于模糊综合评判的中标策略作为模型的协商策略.对新任务或需重新分配的任务进行分解,同时采用基于信任度的策略限定招标范围,发出多个任务通告;编队内各作战平台再根据自身能力和局部态势进行评估;编队指挥级选出中标者后,进行任务分配,并动态生成作战方案进行下发;中标平台对被分配任务进行确认并执行;作战中,针对环境和态势变化,双方协商,可进行任务的动态分配.该模型可用于网络化海上编队的动态任务分配及其仿真.

According to characteristics of network-based marine warship formation operation, select tactics of tender on the basis of confidence degree evaluation, self-adaptation, and bidding evaluation based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation, and make them as the agreement tactic of the model. Analyze new tasks and tasks need redistribution, while adopt trust-based tactic to restrict bidding area, send out multi-task announcement; then, individuals of the formation evaluates their ability and situation. After formation commanders select the successful bidder, they distribute tasks to an appropriate platform and make operational plan, and the platform to be selected confirm and execute the task. During operation, the formation makes dynamic task allocation based on environment change. The model is feasible in dynamic task allocation and simulation study of network-based marine warship formation.
