为减少新水取水量,降低吨钢新水耗量,实现节能减排,江阴兴澄钢铁公司根据总体规划及生产发展用水要求建设了生产废水处理与回用工程.该工程处理规模为3.6×10~4m~3/d,采用微涡旋反应沉淀池/双层过滤器工艺,运行成本约0.33元/m~3,处理出水与该厂净水处理站的出水混合后作循环水补水.介绍了该工程的工艺流程、主要构筑物的设计参数及特点.

In order to reduce fresh water quantity,decrease fresh water consumption per ton steel and achieve energy saving and emission reduction,a wastewater treatment and reuse project was built by Jiangyin Xingcheng Iron and Steel Company according to the overall planning and the water consumption requirement for production and development.The treatment capacity of the project is about 3.6×10~4m~3/d,micro-vortex reaction and sedimentation/dual-media filter technology is used,and the operation cost is 0.33 yuan/m~3.After mixed with the purified water,the treated effluent is used as make-up water for circulating cooling system.The process flow of the project,the design parameters and characteristics of the main structures are introduced.
