以几种常见的农作物秸秆(稻草、香蕉干、玉米秆)和香根草秸秆为基质材料,并以泥炭土为对照进行孔雀草的盆栽试验.探讨了不同处理的秸秆作为孔雀草栽培基质的适应性.结果表明:新鲜香根草秸秆适合直接作孔雀草的栽培基质,新鲜玉米秆、香蕉干和稻草不适合直接作孔雀草的栽培基质,需堆沤处理后才有较好的栽培效果;堆沤后的玉米秆较适合作栽培基质,栽培效果比对照好;堆沤后的玉米秆、稻草和香蕉干与进口泥炭土(1:1)混合后均适合作栽培基质,且栽培效果比单一秸秆基质好.

This study addressed the pot experimentation for Tagetes patula, using culture media from materials of several familiar crop straw-stalks (haulm, banana stalk, corn stalk) and stalk of Vetiveria zizanioiaes. Turf soils were utilized as control media for T. patula. The adaptability of T. patula to culture media from different managed straw-stalks was also discussed. Our results showed that fresh stalk of V. zizanioiaes was directly fit for culture media of T. patula, and fresh stalks of corn, banana and haulm were not directly fit for culture media of T. patula. The fresh stalks were arranged for outdoor storage and then used as curlture media for T. patula. These stacked media were preferable to fresh stalks for growth of T. patula. Futhermore, the stacked corn stalk was fitter for culture media than the control media. In addition, the mixtures of the stacked stalks of corn, haulm and banana and imported turf soils mixed tegether with the volumes 1∶1, respectively. All they were fit for culture media of T. patula. The growth effects were better on mixtures of the stacked stalks and turf soils than any single straw-stalk media.
