在假设供应商和零售商工作和中断的持续时间分别服从独立的指数分布条件下,首先,利用4个状态连续时间Markov链,得到完成订单的平均等待时间,其次,基于更新报酬定理,构建零售商库存的长程平均费用模型,并设计自适应交叉熵法(ACE),求解它的近似最优解.最后,通过仿真试验,验证了算法的有效性,并得到如下结论:当零售商中断率较大恢复率较小或单位产品需求未满足损失费较大时,采用经典的经济订货批量(EOQ)模型,会显著增加系统的费用.

Under the assumption that the durations of the available or disruption periods at both a supplier and a retailer were mutually independent exponential distributions,the average waiting time for fulfilling an order was firstly obtained by adopting a four-state continuons-time Markov chain.Secondly the long-run average cost model was established based on renewal reward theorems,and an adaptive cross-entropy(ACE)method Was designed for solving its approximate optimal solution.Finally computational results presented proved the validity of the proposed approach and also came to the next eondusions:if the classic economic ordering quantity(EOQ)model is used,the system cost increases significantly when the disruption rate at the retailer is large and the recovery rate is small,or the per-unit shortage cost is high.
