目的 观察猪自体骨髓单个核细胞移植后心肌梗死区干细胞因子、基质细胞衍生因子-1、E-选择素、细胞间粘附分子-1、血管细胞粘附因子-1等细胞因子mRNA的表达.方法 前降支球囊封堵法建立10头猪急性心肌梗死动物模型,按随机数字表法分为对照组(5头)和移植组(5头).造模1周后,移植组冠脉内移植自体骨髓单个核细胞,对照组注射1640培养基作为对照.6个月后取梗死区心脏组织观察局部细胞因子的mRNA表达.结果 移植组梗死区能检测到基质细胞衍生因子-1、干细胞因子、E-选择素、细胞间粘附分子-1、血管细胞粘附分子-1等细胞因子的mRNA.其表达强度明显高于对照组.结论 干细胞移植能促进局部的基质细胞衍生因子-1、干细胞因子、E-选择素、细胞间粘附分子-1和血管细胞粘附分子-1 mRNA的表达.
目的 觀察豬自體骨髓單箇覈細胞移植後心肌梗死區榦細胞因子、基質細胞衍生因子-1、E-選擇素、細胞間粘附分子-1、血管細胞粘附因子-1等細胞因子mRNA的錶達.方法 前降支毬囊封堵法建立10頭豬急性心肌梗死動物模型,按隨機數字錶法分為對照組(5頭)和移植組(5頭).造模1週後,移植組冠脈內移植自體骨髓單箇覈細胞,對照組註射1640培養基作為對照.6箇月後取梗死區心髒組織觀察跼部細胞因子的mRNA錶達.結果 移植組梗死區能檢測到基質細胞衍生因子-1、榦細胞因子、E-選擇素、細胞間粘附分子-1、血管細胞粘附分子-1等細胞因子的mRNA.其錶達彊度明顯高于對照組.結論 榦細胞移植能促進跼部的基質細胞衍生因子-1、榦細胞因子、E-選擇素、細胞間粘附分子-1和血管細胞粘附分子-1 mRNA的錶達.
목적 관찰저자체골수단개핵세포이식후심기경사구간세포인자、기질세포연생인자-1、E-선택소、세포간점부분자-1、혈관세포점부인자-1등세포인자mRNA적표체.방법 전강지구낭봉도법건립10두저급성심기경사동물모형,안수궤수자표법분위대조조(5두)화이식조(5두).조모1주후,이식조관맥내이식자체골수단개핵세포,대조조주사1640배양기작위대조.6개월후취경사구심장조직관찰국부세포인자적mRNA표체.결과 이식조경사구능검측도기질세포연생인자-1、간세포인자、E-선택소、세포간점부분자-1、혈관세포점부분자-1등세포인자적mRNA.기표체강도명현고우대조조.결론 간세포이식능촉진국부적기질세포연생인자-1、간세포인자、E-선택소、세포간점부분자-1화혈관세포점부분자-1 mRNA적표체.
Objective To investigate the effects of bone marrow stem cells autologous transplantation after acute myocardial infarction on local mRNA expression of SDF-1,Kit ligand,E-selectin,ICAM-1and VCAM-1.Methods Acute myocardial infarction models were established in 10 swine,which were randomized divided into placebo group (5 swine) and transplantation group (5 swine).After six months,hearts of placebo group and early transplantation group were harvested and mRNA expression of SDF-1,Kit ligand,E-selectin,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in infarcted myocardial region was detected.Results The mRNAs of SDF-1,Kit ligand,E-selection,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were expressed in the infarcted myocardial region of transplantation group six months after myocardial infarction,but it was not found in the placebo group.Conclusions Bone marrow autologous transplantation after acute myocardial infarction can promote local mRNA expression of SDF-1,Kit ligand,E-selectin,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1,which may be due to the paracrine effects of stem cells.
