目的 观察高脂血症大鼠应用野葡萄根、猕猴桃根治疗后血清中血脂的变化及一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)的水平,以探讨野葡萄根、猕猴桃根治疗高脂血症的机理.方法 将55只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组,高脂模型组,野葡萄根、猕猴桃根组[8 g/(kg·d)]、复方葡猕汤组[11 g/(kg·d)]和辛伐他汀组[0.1 mg/(kg·d)],每组11只,观察6周.实验中监测各组大鼠血脂及血清中NO和ET的含量.结果 野葡萄根、猕猴桃根治疗组的血脂水平较高脂模型组明显降低(P<0.05);血清中NO明显升高,而ET含量明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 野葡萄根、猕猴桃根能明显降低血脂,提高血清中的NO水平并降低ET的水平.NO和ET的变化可能是其保护高脂血症大鼠血管内皮功能的重要机制之一,证实野葡萄根、猕猴桃根在治疗高脂血症及高血压病过程中起到一定的作用.

목적 관찰고지혈증대서응용야포도근、미후도근치료후혈청중혈지적변화급일양화담(NO)화내피소(ET)적수평,이탐토야포도근、미후도근치료고지혈증적궤리.방법 장55지웅성Wistar대서수궤분위정상대조조,고지모형조,야포도근、미후도근조[8 g/(kg·d)]、복방포미탕조[11 g/(kg·d)]화신벌타정조[0.1 mg/(kg·d)],매조11지,관찰6주.실험중감측각조대서혈지급혈청중NO화ET적함량.결과 야포도근、미후도근치료조적혈지수평교고지모형조명현강저(P<0.05);혈청중NO명현승고,이ET함량명현강저(P<0.05,P<0.01).결론 야포도근、미후도근능명현강저혈지,제고혈청중적NO수평병강저ET적수평.NO화ET적변화가능시기보호고지혈증대서혈관내피공능적중요궤제지일,증실야포도근、미후도근재치료고지혈증급고혈압병과정중기도일정적작용.
Objective To evaluate the changes of serum lipids、 nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) after treatment with wild grape root and Kiwi root in rats fed with hypercholesterol emulsion. Methods 55 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 11, normal diet), hyperlipidemia group (n=11 , high-cholesterol emulsion ) and Chinese medicine group (every group n = 11, high-cholesterol emulsion plus corresponding Chinese medicine : (8g/kg/d, 11g/kg/d,). Western medicine group(n = 8 , high-cholesterol emulsion plus simvastatin). During 6 weeks of the experiment , serum lipids were compared among the 5 groups., the levels of NO and ET in serum were also measured. Results After 6 weeks of treatment with Ye Putao root and Kiwi root , the levels of serum lipids were all decreased as compared with hyperlipidemia group (all P<0.05); the NO level in serum was increased significantly , while the ET level was markedly decreased as compared with hyperlipidemia group (P < 0.05,0.01) .Conclusion Wild grape root、Kiwi root could effectively decrease the level of serum lipids, increase NO and decrease ET. The changes of NO and ET may play a role in the progress of hyperlipidemia. It confirmed that wild grape root and Kiwi root have certain effect on the hyperlipidemia and hypertension.
