[目的]研究酵母多糖对鲤鱼生长和免疫功能的影响. [方法]用经超声提取的酵母多糖作为饲料添加剂.试验鲤鱼适应性驯化2周,对照组投喂基础饲料,试验组投喂添加0.1%酵母多糖饲料,每日投饵量均为体重2%,每天在 9:00、20:00投喂2次,每次投饵1 h后取出残饵.饲喂30 d后测定鲤鱼的生长性能、摄食能力,白细胞吞噬功能、脾脏指数、血清溶血素活力、血清杀菌活力等.[结果]基础饲料中添加酵母多糖后,鲤鱼的生长性能和免疫功能相关指标都较对照组显著提高.[结论]为酵母多糖相关产品的开发应用提供试验依据.

[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of yeast polysaccharides (YPS) on growth performance and immune function of carps. [Method] YPS obtained by ultrasonic extraction was took as feed additive. Carps were adaptive domesticated for 2 weeks. The contrast group was fed with basal feed, and the test group was fed with feed adding 0.1% YPS, and twice per day at 9:00, 20:00 feeding with 2% of carps weight. The surplus feed was took out after feeding 1 h. The growth performance, the feeding speed, the phagocytosis of leucocyte, the spleen index, the activity of serum Hemolysin and the serum bactericidal activity and so on. [Result] The results showed that compared with the control group, YPS could enhance growth and immune function of carps. [Conclusion] The study can lay experimental basis for exploring the products correlating with YPS.
