为了在有限的经费和试验周期内,考核某长寿命、高可靠性微波电子产品长期贮存寿命与可靠性,利用可靠性分析手段,确定产品的薄弱环节和敏感应力.通过可靠性强化试验(RET)寻找产品的应力极限并分析产品性能指标的变化.试验结果表明,RET不仅可用于确定加速寿命试验(ALT)(退化)试验的安全加速范围,还可为加速退化试验(ADT)选择关键性能指标,从而提供了一种具有安全加速范围的加速试验方法.

For estimating long storage life and reliability index of some microwave electronic product, weak link and sensitive stress of product were found by the reliability analysis methods. A modified reliability enhancement testing (RET) was used for finding out stress limits and analyzing performance index change. The tested results show that RET can either determine safe range for accelerated life testing (ALT) and accelerated degradation testing (ADT) or be used to select key performance index for ADT to provide an accelerated testing method with safe acceleration range.
