目的 观察冬凌草提取物对四氯化碳致小鼠慢性肝损伤的影响.方法 小鼠皮下注射20% CCl_4花生油溶液造成慢性肝损伤,末次给药24 h后测定血清中主要生化指标,以及观察肝组织病理学变化.结果 冬凌草提取物能够显著降低血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的水平,降低总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB )和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,减轻肝组织变性、坏死程度,缓解肝组织的病理改变.结论 冬凌草提取物对四氯化碳致小鼠慢性肝损伤有保护作用.
目的 觀察鼕凌草提取物對四氯化碳緻小鼠慢性肝損傷的影響.方法 小鼠皮下註射20% CCl_4花生油溶液造成慢性肝損傷,末次給藥24 h後測定血清中主要生化指標,以及觀察肝組織病理學變化.結果 鼕凌草提取物能夠顯著降低血清穀丙轉氨酶(ALT)、穀草轉氨酶(AST)的水平,降低總蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB )和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,減輕肝組織變性、壞死程度,緩解肝組織的病理改變.結論 鼕凌草提取物對四氯化碳緻小鼠慢性肝損傷有保護作用.
목적 관찰동릉초제취물대사록화탄치소서만성간손상적영향.방법 소서피하주사20% CCl_4화생유용액조성만성간손상,말차급약24 h후측정혈청중주요생화지표,이급관찰간조직병이학변화.결과 동릉초제취물능구현저강저혈청곡병전안매(ALT)、곡초전안매(AST)적수평,강저총단백(TP)、백단백(ALB )화병이철(MDA)적함량,제고초양화물기화매(SOD)활성,감경간조직변성、배사정도,완해간조직적병리개변.결론 동릉초제취물대사록화탄치소서만성간손상유보호작용.
Objective To observe the effect of Isodon rubsecens extact on CCl_4- induced chronic hepatic injury in mice. Methods The chronic hepatic model was developed by injection of 20% CCl_4 in mice. Sixty mice were divided into 6 groups with 10 mice in each group:normal control group(group A),model group (group B), Isodon rubescens small-,middle-,large-dose groups(group C_1, C_2,C_3) and Compound liver-benepitino Remedy tablet control group (group D). The mice in group C_1, C_2,C_3were administered with I.rubescens at different doses for 8 weeks. The mice in group D were then administered with Compound liver-benepitino Remedy tablets. The levels of serum AST,ALT,SOD,MDA,TP,ALB were measured and pathological changes of liver tissue was examined after HE staining. Results I.rubescens could significantly decrease the level of serum ALT,AST,TP and ALB, reduce the content of MDA and significantly increase the activity of SOD in serum. There had no significant difference between I.rubescens and Compound liver-benepitino Remedy tablets.Conclusion I. Rubescens has protective effects on the experimental chronic hepatic injury induced by CCl_4 in mice.
