Imperata cylindrical(Beauv.)%UPLC-MSn%caffeoylquinic acid%feruloylquinic acid%dicaffeoyl quinic acid
目的:应用超高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱法鉴定白茅根中的化学成分.方法:实验采用Acquity BEH C_(18)色谱柱,流动相采用0.05%甲酸水溶液(A)和甲醇(B)梯度洗脱.结果:根据正、负离子模式下的准分子离子峰和二级质谱,通过与文献数据或部分标准品对照,鉴定了8个化合物,分别是1-咖啡酰奎尼酸(1-O-caffeoylquinic acid,1-CQA)、3-CQA、5-CQA、4-CQA、3-阿魏酰垒尼酸(3-O-femloylquinic acid,3-FQA)、咖啡酸、二咖啡酰奎尼酸(diCQA)、4,7-二甲氧基-5-甲基香豆素(Siderin).结论:在白茅根中首次发现含有1-CQA、3-CQA、4-CQA、3-FQA、diCQA.

목적:응용초고효액상색보-사급간비행시간질보법감정백모근중적화학성분.방법:실험채용Acquity BEH C_(18)색보주,류동상채용0.05%갑산수용액(A)화갑순(B)제도세탈.결과:근거정、부리자모식하적준분자리자봉화이급질보,통과여문헌수거혹부분표준품대조,감정료8개화합물,분별시1-가배선규니산(1-O-caffeoylquinic acid,1-CQA)、3-CQA、5-CQA、4-CQA、3-아위선루니산(3-O-femloylquinic acid,3-FQA)、가배산、이가배선규니산(diCQA)、4,7-이갑양기-5-갑기향두소(Siderin).결론:재백모근중수차발현함유1-CQA、3-CQA、4-CQA、3-FQA、diCQA.
AIM:To identify the chemical compounds in lmperata cylindrical(Beauv.)by ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ion mass spectrometry(UPLC-ESI-MS).METHODS:The chromatographic analysis was carried out on:Acquity BEH C_(18) column;mobile phase consisted of water containing 0.05% formic acid(A) and methanol(B)with gradient elute.RESULTS:The quasi-molecular ions of compounds under both negative and positive modes were observed for molecule mass information,and the potential structures were elucida-ted by the mass spectral data of compounds by comparison with the referenee data and present standards.Eight compounds,1-caffeoylquinic acid(1-CQA),3-CQA,5-CQA,4-CQA,3-feruloylquinic acid(3-FQA),Caffeic acid,dicaffeoylquinic acid(diCQA)and siderin were identified.CONCLUSION:This is the first report of 1-CQA,3-CQA,4-CQA,3-FQA,diCQA existed in lmperata cylindrical(Beauv.).
