通过对起重机结构与应力分析,确定了影响作业安全的主要应力监测点;提出了基于无线传感网络技术的应力监测系统总体设计原则和方案;选用了Crossbow公司的IRIS系统作为无线传感网络平台,设计了应变监测节点相关电路与节点程序,开发了用于门式起重机应力监测的LABVIEW软件。该系统可实现对起重机结构的应力实时监测、超限自动报警等,并具有对历史数据记录存储与信息处理功能。

Through the structural and stress analysis of the trestle crane,the key stress-monitoring points affecting safety work are determined,upon the basis of which the general design principles and schemes for the stress-monitoring system based on wireless sensor network technology(WSN) are put forward in the paper.With the IRIS system made by the Crossbow Company as a wireless sensor network platform,the stress-monitoring node circuits and node programs are designed and the software under LABVIEW for the stress monitoring of the trestle crane are developed.The monitoring system may be used to perform real-time stress-monitoring for the structure of the trestle crane,send automatic alarm when the prescribed limits are exceeded,store historical data,process information,etc.
