目的 探讨脑电图(EEG)及脑电地形图(BEAM)诊断急性腩梗死的敏感性以及临床价值.方法 回顾性分析98例急性脑梗死患者的EEG资料,并与头颅CT作对比研究.结果 急性脑梗死的CT异常率63.5%,EEG异常率85.5%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).EEG异常以局限性及广泛伴局限性改变为主(84.4%);BEAM的α和δ频带功率值局限性改变有助于定侧定位.结论 EEG、BEAM检查急性脑梗死优于CT,具有指导I临床诊断及治疗的作用.

Objective To investigate the sensitivities and the clinical diagnostic values of brain electrical activity mapping( BEAM) and the electroencephalography(EEC) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method The EEG data of 98 patients with acute cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed and compared with brain CT. Results The abnormality rate of brain CT was 63. 5% , but the EEC abnormality rate was 85.5% ,and there was a significant difference between them(P<0.01). The focal EEG abnormality and generalized EEG abnormalities with focal changes were mainly noted in 84. 4% of the patients. The focal alteration in powers of α and δ frequency bands in BEAM might help to localize and lateralize the focus. Conclusions EEG,BEAM might be more sensitive than CT in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction. It could guide the early clinical diagnosis and treatment.
