以抗中华鳖红脖子病病原菌—嗜水气单胞菌的特异性鸡蛋抗体为研究对象,重点考察了鳖池天然水体中主要不利因素对特异性鸡蛋抗体活性的影响.试验证明,在所考察的天然水体中特异性鸡蛋抗体的活性可以保存40h.在比较差的环境下,适当添加一些保护剂等,可使鸡蛋抗体的活性保持延长.这不仅对养鳖业,也为其它各种养殖业用浸泡法被动免疫防治疾病提供了应用基础.
以抗中華鱉紅脖子病病原菌—嗜水氣單胞菌的特異性鷄蛋抗體為研究對象,重點攷察瞭鱉池天然水體中主要不利因素對特異性鷄蛋抗體活性的影響.試驗證明,在所攷察的天然水體中特異性鷄蛋抗體的活性可以保存40h.在比較差的環境下,適噹添加一些保護劑等,可使鷄蛋抗體的活性保持延長.這不僅對養鱉業,也為其它各種養殖業用浸泡法被動免疫防治疾病提供瞭應用基礎.

This paper provided the basis for applying soaking passiveimmunization to prevent and cure trionys sinensis diseases. After the preparation of specific antibody of Aeromonas hydrophila, which is a major pathogenic strain of trionys sinensis diseases, the resistance of specific antibody to main unfavorable factors in natural pool water was studied. Experiments indicated that the activity of the antibody can be kept at least 40h in all natural water, and the retention period can be extended by properly adding some protective agents to the pool under contaminated environments.
