讨论了用球头铣刀铣削零件边缘凸圆角的编程和加工方法.按零件的轮廓尺寸编制程序,借助宏程序改变补偿的半径值,即找出具有通用性的变半径关系式,利用变半径进行补偿,完成轮廓边缘凸圆角的编程.通过实例,阐述FANUC 0i数控系统变半径补偿宏程序的应用方法,并在BEIJING FANUC Series 0i Mate-MB数控系统中得到了验证.
討論瞭用毬頭鐉刀鐉削零件邊緣凸圓角的編程和加工方法.按零件的輪廓呎吋編製程序,藉助宏程序改變補償的半徑值,即找齣具有通用性的變半徑關繫式,利用變半徑進行補償,完成輪廓邊緣凸圓角的編程.通過實例,闡述FANUC 0i數控繫統變半徑補償宏程序的應用方法,併在BEIJING FANUC Series 0i Mate-MB數控繫統中得到瞭驗證.

This paper introduces the programming method of macro program and some problems needing attention in milling combined with cases. Through the real example , the highly effective application of changing the radius to compensate macro-program of FANUC 0i system is discussed and is also verified in BEIJING FANUC Series Oi Mate-MB system.
