为了提高PPC的热性能和力学性能,在合成过程中加入第三单体环氧环己烷.负载锌类催化PO(环氧丙烷),CHO(环氧环己烷),和CO2三元聚合压力为5.2 MPa,最佳反应温度是80℃,参与反应的单体转化率高达89.97%.实验表明,对PPC催化效率很高的负载戊二酸锌对三元共聚有很好的催化作用.三元共聚物具有良好的热性能.

To improve the thermal properties of poly (propylene carbonate) (PPC), cyclohexene oxide (CHO) was introduced into the polymerization. The terpolymerization can be carried out under 5.2 MPa in the presence of supported zinc catalyst. The most appro-pilate temperature was around 80 ℃, and the highest conversion of epoxides was up to 89. 97 %. Supported zinc glutarate was found to be effective catalyst not only the copolymerization of PO and CO2 but also the terpolymerization of PO, CHO and CO2. The thermal and mechanical properties of the terpolymers (PPCHC) were increased.
