目的:研究富锗大麦苗对四氯化碳(CCl_4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.方法:建立CCl_4小鼠急性肝损伤动物模型,用不同剂量富锗大麦苗对小鼠灌胃,测定小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性及免疫器官重量等指标,对其进行统计分析,并对小鼠肝脏进行组织切片观察.结果:富锗大麦苗低、中、高剂量组均能显著抑制CCl_4所致急性肝损伤小鼠ALT活性的升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),明显改善肝组织损伤程度,并与其剂量呈正相关;富锗低、中、高剂量组具有明显提高肝脏指数(P<0.01)和脾脏指数的作用(P<0.01,P<0.05).结论:富锗大麦苗对CCl_4所致小鼠急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用.

목적:연구부타대맥묘대사록화탄(CCl_4)소치소서급성간손상적보호작용.방법:건립CCl_4소서급성간손상동물모형,용불동제량부타대맥묘대소서관위,측정소서혈청곡병전안매(ALT)활성급면역기관중량등지표,대기진행통계분석,병대소서간장진행조직절편관찰.결과:부타대맥묘저、중、고제량조균능현저억제CCl_4소치급성간손상소서ALT활성적승고(P<0.05,P<0.01),명현개선간조직손상정도,병여기제량정정상관;부타저、중、고제량조구유명현제고간장지수(P<0.01)화비장지수적작용(P<0.01,P<0.05).결론:부타대맥묘대CCl_4소치소서급성간손상유명현적보호작용.
Objective: To investigate hepatoprotective effect of germaninm-rich barley seedling (GRBS) in mice with acute hepatic injury Induced by CCl_4. Methods: Mice model with acute hepatic injury was estabfished through induction of CCl_4. The mice with acute hepatic injury were orally administered GRBS at different doses (low, medium and high-doses). ALT activity in serum and immune organs index were determined and pathological changes of livers were examined to evaluate the hepatoprotective effect of GRBS. Results: GRBS at three doses significantly inhibited ALT activity in serum (P < 0.05, P < 0.01) and promoted the recovery of hepatic tissue Injury, which was in a dose-dependent mode. Moreover, GRBS also obviously improved liver index (P < 0.01) and spleen index (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). Conclusion: GRBS has hepatoprotective function for mice with acute hepatic injury induced by CCl_4.
