A silver activation detector, whose modular design allows several efficiency vs. energy respon-ses is the almost same from 144keV to 2. 5MeV has been described. This detection system then is used in the LIA of 12MeV to measure the neutron flux of (X,n) reaction and obtained that neutron yield is 2.6×10~9~3.7×10~9n/pulse.
