采用硝酸-高氯酸混合酸湿法消解处理样品,以氢化物发生原子荧光法测定了饶平海域柘林湾中不同养殖场的牡蛎、鱼、虾等海产品中的砷和汞.在最佳测试条件下测得砷和汞的检出限为0.020μg/L和0.009μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.04%~0.11%,回收率为99.2%~106.2%和92.4%~108.0%.
採用硝痠-高氯痠混閤痠濕法消解處理樣品,以氫化物髮生原子熒光法測定瞭饒平海域柘林灣中不同養殖場的牡蠣、魚、蝦等海產品中的砷和汞.在最佳測試條件下測得砷和汞的檢齣限為0.020μg/L和0.009μg/L,相對標準偏差為0.04%~0.11%,迴收率為99.2%~106.2%和92.4%~108.0%.

The samples were digested by use of nitric acid - perchloric acid mixture. Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used for determination of As and Hg in fish, shrimp and other seafood in different oyster farms in Zhelin Raoping Bay . Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit of As and Hg were 0. 020 μg/L and 0. 009 μg/L, RSD was 0. 4% ~ 1. 1% , recovery were 99. 2% ~ 106. 2% and 92. 4% - 108. 0% , respectively.
