运用集对分析法建立综合评估模型在确定指标权重时,先将粗糙集理论中的属性重要度的确定方法和专家评分法相结合,再运用博弈论方法对确定的权重进行集化和融合,得到灌区评价指标的综合权重.本研究应用集对分析法对山西汾河灌区2004年度运行状况进行了较准确地综合评价,等级为良;评估结果表明,集对分析方法具有较高的分辨率和较大的实用性,具有不遗失数据中间信息、评价结果与实际情况更为相符的优点,为灌区运行状况综合评价提供了一种简单而适用的评价方法.
