合成了苦味酸铕与N,N.二苄基-N'-苯基-1,1'-联萘-2,2'-二(氧杂乙酰胺)(L)的稀土配合物.经元素分析,IR,TG-DTA和摩尔电导率的表征,确定其组成为Eu(pic)_3L·2H_2O.测定了配合物在不同溶剂中的荧光强度,发现其荧光强度随溶剂配位能力增强而减弱.通过紫外吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱、粘度法,稳态荧光猝灭方法及其与溴化乙啶(EB)的竞争实验研究了配合物与ct-DNA的作用情况,结果显示,配合物与ct-DNA作用时,其紫外吸收产生明显增色效应,荧光强度增强;EB-DNA体系的荧光强度随配合物的加入迅速减弱;在ct-DNA存在下,配合物被猝灭剂K_4[Fe(CN)_6]的发光猝灭程度减小;配合物的加入使ct-DNA的粘度增加;实验结果证明,配合物与ct-DNA以插入方式结合,其结合常数K_q=2.665×10~4L·mol~(-1).

A kind of rare earth complex with europium picrate and N, N-dibenzyl-N'-phenyl-1, l'-dinaphthyl-2,2'-Bis ( oxaacet-amide) (L) was synthesized. The complex had the constitution of Eu(pic)3L·2H_20 as characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG-DTA, and molar conductivity. The fluorescence property of the complex in different solutions was studied. It was found that the fluores-cence intensity of the complex reduced with the raising coordination ability of solvent. DNA-binding properties of the complex were in-vestigated using UV spectra, fluorescent spectra, viscometry, steady-state emission quenching and DNA competitive binding with ethid-ium bromide(EB). The results showed that the intensity of absorption peaks and fluorescence peaks increased when the complex inter-acted with ct-DNA. The complex could make the fluorescence intensity of EB-DNA system decreased sharply; The effect of quencher K_4 [ Fe(CN)_6 ] on the emission of complex-DNA system weakened more than that of the complex. The relative specific viscosity of ct-DNA was increased with the increasing concentration of complex. All the experimental results indicated that the binding-mode between complex and ct-DNA was intercalation. The constant k_q of complex binding to et-DNA was 2.665 × 10~4 L·mol~(-1).
