运用浸渍法和叶片残毒法测定了甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(emamectin benzoate)和阿维菌素(avermectin)对朱砂叶螨Tetranychus cinnabarinus与二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae种群不同发育阶段的致死作用.结果表明,在相同的温湿度条件下,2种花卉叶螨不同发育阶段对甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和阿维菌素的敏感性不同,2种药剂对雌成螨的毒力高于卵,而不同种群对同一药剂的活性差异不明显;甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对2种叶螨雌成螨和卵的活性比阿维菌素低.
運用浸漬法和葉片殘毒法測定瞭甲氨基阿維菌素苯甲痠鹽(emamectin benzoate)和阿維菌素(avermectin)對硃砂葉螨Tetranychus cinnabarinus與二斑葉螨Tetranychus urticae種群不同髮育階段的緻死作用.結果錶明,在相同的溫濕度條件下,2種花卉葉螨不同髮育階段對甲氨基阿維菌素苯甲痠鹽和阿維菌素的敏感性不同,2種藥劑對雌成螨的毒力高于卵,而不同種群對同一藥劑的活性差異不明顯;甲氨基阿維菌素苯甲痠鹽對2種葉螨雌成螨和卵的活性比阿維菌素低.

The toxicities of emamectin benzoate and avermectin to Tetranychus cinnabarinus and Tetranychus urticae were measured by both slide-dip method and leaf-dip method in the laboratory. The results indicated that avermectin had higher toxicity than emamectin benzoate to female adults and egg of two flower mites.The female adults were sensitive to avermectin and emamectin benzoate than egg.There were different bioactivity to two flower mites between emamectin benzoate and avermectin.
