随着互联电网规模的不断增大,目前的调度控制中心安全监控面临着严重的挑战,迫切需要整合调度中心的各种平台资源,研发先进的统一支撑平台,以融合在线动态安全性评估、安全运行监控、预警和决策等关键技术.阐述基于面向服务体系架构SOA的监控平台的集成框架,对集成总线、数据总线、人机系统的实现方式进行描述,介绍了支撑平台的主要功能和特点.系统具有易于应用集成、一体化支持稳态和动态应用、基于模板的图库模生成、可视化数据展示等特点.支撑平台的主要功能已经在国调中心的跨区动态安全预警系统中得到应用.

The security supervision of current control center faces serious challenge while interconnected power system network is becoming larger. It is urgent to integrate all kinds of systems concerned with different aspects of power system operations in control centers, and to research and develop advanced techniques about dynamic security assessment, security supervision, preventive control applications and supported platform, etc. Integrated framework and integrated technique of dynamic security application based on SOA was described. Relative technology about integrated bus, data bus, man machine interface were designed and developed. Main functions and characteristics of the supportingplatform was introduced. The system has characters in easy way to integrating applications, supporting for static and dynamic applications,template-based graphics and library model generation, visualization data display and so on. Most functions of this system have been put into operation in Dynamic Security Analysis System in State Grid.
