目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者的心理护理方法与策略。方法通过对324例恶性肿瘤患者心理状况的了解和分析，有针对性地实施不同的心理护理策略。结果95%患者负性情绪得到调整，能积极配合治疗。结论不同阶段个性化心理护理有助于对恶性肿瘤患者的治疗。

Objective To discuss the strategies and psychological nursing methods for the patients with malignant tumor.Methods To implement dif erent psychological care strategies by understanding and analysing psychological status of 324 malignant tumor patients.Results Negative emotions of 95% patients were adjusted and actively cooperated with treatment.Conclusion Individual psychological nursings of dif erent stages are conducive to the treatment of patients with malignant tumor.
