选择1日龄樱桃谷鸭160只,随机分为4个处理组,每组8个重复,每个重复5只,公母各半。1组饲喂基础日粮,2、3、4组分别在基础日粮中添加葛根素5、10、15mg·kg-1,试验期42d。结果表明,与对照组相比,母鸭15mg·kg-1剂量组的屠宰率、瘦肉率有升高的趋势(P〉0.05),3个剂量组的腹脂率、皮脂率降低(P〉0.05);公鸭15mg·kg-1剂量组的屠宰率升高3.37%(P〈0.05),腹脂率和皮脂率升高(P〉0.05)。10mg·kg-1剂量组母鸭TC、LDL-C分别提高15.32%和38.18%(P〈0.05),HDL-C降低13.99%(P〈0.05);而公鸭的血脂没有显著变化(P〉0.05)。

The experiment was conducted using a total of 160 (80 male and 80 female) one-day cherry valley duck of a commercial strain to investigate the effects of flavonoid of puerarin (Pue) on lipid metabolism. Ducks were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 8 replicates in each group and 5 ducks in each group. Ducks in treatment 1 were fed basal diet (control), ducks in treatment 2-4 received basal diets supplemented with flavonoid at 5, 10, 15 mg·kg-1 diet as Pue during a phase of 7-42 days. The results showed that female ducks fed diets added with Pue presented better values of carcass yield and lean muscle rate (P0.05) at 15 mg·kg-1 diet group comparing with control, had a lower abdominal adipose contents and sebum contents (P0.05) at three diet; male ducks presented better values of carcass yield, improving 3.37%(P0.05), had a higher abdominal adipose contents and sebum contents(P0.05) at 15 mg·kg-1 diet comparing with control group. Female ducks had a higher TC, LDL-C (15.32%, 38.18%) respectively (P0.05), lower HDL-C 13.99%(P0.05); male ducks had no significant change.
