根据神经外科规范化培训不同阶段和层次学员的特点,针对性进行临床培养。基础培训阶段应加强学员基础理论学习,激发其学习兴趣;专科培训阶段应着重于培训的广度和深度;社区实践阶段应加强学员医德医风和科研素质教育;针对硕士、博士学员,应端正其心态,并鼓励其理论联系实践。

The chnical education to neurosurgical residents in different phase should be applied according to their different characters. In basic phase, basic theory and interest activation are important. In specific phase, the comprehensiveness and depth of training should be focused on. In community practice phase, the moral and scientific education should be strengthen. To trainees who have higher degree, the correct attitude and practice of knowledge should be emphasized.
