目的 探讨电话随访是否能提高Miles患者自我管理能力,提高生活质量,提升医护患满意度.方法 将普外科Miles手术患者按随机数字表法随机分为电话随访组和常规组.常规组接受Miles手术常规护理;电话随访组在常规护理基础上,由专职护士通过每周1次的电话随访对患者进行院外生活方式、心理、社会支持.比较6个月后两组患者自我管理能力问卷调查情况.结果 经过干预电话随访组患者自我管理能力明显提高,其中电话随访组患者术后适应能力得分为(50.45±4.87)分,常规组为(43.19±5.76)分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t=6.48,P<0.05).结肠造口患者自我管理总分与造口适应能力、社会支持、自尊和认知性症状管理各变量总分均呈正性相关(r分别为0.45,0.39,0.37,0.33;P<0.01);干预6个月后电话随访组医患及护患关系满意度为99.2%,常规组为94.2%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(x2 =4.56,P<0.05).结论 电话随访能明显提高Miles手术患者自我管理能力,改善Miles手术患者生活质量,提升护理服务满意度.

Objective To investigate whether telephone follow-up can help to improve Miles operation patient self-management capabilities,to improve quality of life and to improve patients' satisfaction.Methods The Miles operation patients were randomly divided into telephone follow-up group and conventional group.Both groups were given general surgical care; and telephone follow-up group was given support for lifestyle of outside,psychological and social competence weekly by full-time nurses through telephone follow-up.Patients in the two groups were investigated by self-management questionnaire 6 months later.Results Self-management skills of telephone follow-up group were significantly better than those of the conventional group (t =6.48,P < 0.05 ).The score of postoperative adaptive capacity in follow-up group was (50.45 ±4.87) and (43.19 ±5.76) in conventional group; the score of self-management skills of patients had positive correlation with colostomy and adaptive capacity,social support,self-esteem score and cognitive symptoms management (r =0.45,0.39,0.37,0.33;P <0.0l ) ; The physician-patient and nurse-patient satisfaction after 6 months' intervention was 99.2% in follow-up group and 94.2% in conventional group,with significant difference (x2 =4.56,P < 0.05).Conclusions Telephone follow-up can significantly improve self-management capacity,improve quality of life of Miles operation patients,and improve care and service satisfaction.
