在Ba(ClO4)2存在下,用2,2-(5-甲酰基-2-呋喃基)烷(1a,1b)与三乙烯四胺模板缩合,接着用饱和硫酸钠溶液脱钡离子,合成了含二个呋喃环系的19-元西佛碱大环化合物(4a,4b).新型含四个呋喃环系的26-元西佛碱大环(2a,2b,3a,3b),通过2,2-(5-甲酰基-2-呋喃基)烷(1a,1b)与乙二胺或邻苯二胺由非模板法直接合成,产率高.

19 - membered Schiff base macrocycles (4a, 4b ) incorporating two furan units as ring constituents were synthesized by template condensation of 2,2 - bis (5 - formyl - 2 - furyl) alkane ( 1 a,1b) and triethylenetetramine in the presence of Ba(ClO4)2 in ethanol at room temperature, followed by removal of the barium ion with saturated sodium sulfate solution. However, novel 26 - membered Schiff base macrocycles (2a, 2b, 3a, 3b) with four furan units were synthesized by a nontemplate method starting from 2,2 - bis (5 - formyl - 2 - furyl) alkane ( 1a, 1b) and ethylenediamine or diamonobenzene under high dilution conditions in excellent yields.
