为开发经纬竹节高密双层织物,对织前准备及织造工艺参数进行了优化.整经工序为减少竹节纱扭结,降低车速,加大张力垫圈质量;浆纱工序对两种经纱采用同一种浆料配方和同一个浆槽进行上浆,以保证上浆的均匀一致;穿综时将运动规律相同的经纱放到相邻两页综框上.以降低竹节纱的断头;织造工序为保证双层织物开清梭口的要求,采用较大上机张力,并采用早开口工艺以利于开清梭口、减少纬向停台.通过优化织前准备及织造等各工序的工艺参数,使经纬竹节高密双层织物的经向及纬向停台明显降低,织机效率达到90%以上.
為開髮經緯竹節高密雙層織物,對織前準備及織造工藝參數進行瞭優化.整經工序為減少竹節紗扭結,降低車速,加大張力墊圈質量;漿紗工序對兩種經紗採用同一種漿料配方和同一箇漿槽進行上漿,以保證上漿的均勻一緻;穿綜時將運動規律相同的經紗放到相鄰兩頁綜框上.以降低竹節紗的斷頭;織造工序為保證雙層織物開清梭口的要求,採用較大上機張力,併採用早開口工藝以利于開清梭口、減少緯嚮停檯.通過優化織前準備及織造等各工序的工藝參數,使經緯竹節高密雙層織物的經嚮及緯嚮停檯明顯降低,織機效率達到90%以上.

To develop warp and weft slub yarn high density double cloth,preparation before weaving and weaving processing parameter were optimized. In warping process machine speed were reduced and tension were increased to re-duce slub yarn kinked. The same one size mixture formula and sizing box were adapted to sizing two kinds warp in sizing process so as to ensure sizing evenness. In heddle lifting warp with same movement rule were put into two contiguous heald frames to reduce slub yarn breakages. In weaving process in order to reach double cloth shedding clear demands, larger loom tension and earlier opening processing were adopted to reduce weft stoppage. Warp and weft stoppage could be reduced obviously and loom efficiency could reach above 90% through optimizing before weaving preparation and wea-ving et al processing parameters.
