利用商业计算流体力学(CFD)软件对某空调用轴流通风机的空气动力性能和三维流场进行了数值模拟,揭示了其内部流场的基本特性,对空气动力性能进行了预测.将预测结果与试验数据进行了对比分析,结果表明数值模拟计算方法是可行的,同时可为空调用轴流通风机优化设计提供依据.

A three dimensional numerical simulation on a axial fan of air-conditioner is developed based on CFD software in order to investigate the inside flow field and performance. The computational results in 10 operation points are compared with the experiment, it shows that the simulation method is reliable and can be predict the performance of axial fans, and it's also useful to optimize the design of axial fans of air-conditioner.
