Rheum tanguticum Maxim%low frequency currents%Nano-TiO_2%gibberellin%seeds germination.
采用低频电流以及低频电流和纳米TiO_2、低频电流和赤霉素相结合处理唐古特大黄种子,研究其对种子萌发及活力的影响.结果表明:3种处理均可促进唐古特大黄种子萌发.其中,1.0 A低频电流处理80 min的效果最为明显;1.0 A低频电流处理80 min后,30 mg·kg~(-1)赤霉素浸种处理18 h效果最好;1.0 A低频电流处理80 min和200 mg·kg~(-1)纳米TiO_2日光灯照射下浸种9 h效果较为显著.

By processing Rheum tanguticum Maxim seeds with low frequency currents, low frequency currents com-bined with Nano-TiO_2and low frequency currents combined with gibberellin, their germination and were are studied. The results showed that all these methods could make positive effects on seeds germination and activities. First group pro-cessed by low frequency currents in 80 min at 1 A had good effects on seeds germination and activity, second group pro-cessed by low frequency currents in 80 min at 1 A and then soaked in gibberellin solution of 30 mg·kg~(-1) for 18 hours, could make noticeable effects on seeds germination. Third group was processed by low frequency currents in 80 min at 1 A, soaked in Nano-TiO_2 solution of 200 mg·kg~(-1), at same time, exposed in fluorescent light for 9 hours, and these seeds germination had optimum results.
