根据油气开采需求,有时需要将多分支套管井分支井筒与主井筒沟通合并开采,对分支井套管及造斜器进行射孔作业就是一个方便快速的技术措施.与常规射孔工艺或常规定向射孔工艺相比,造斜器定向射孔工艺具有定方位要求高、定深度要求准、射孔参数严、施工工艺复杂等特点.在进行施工设计时,必须对射孔对象具体剖析并采取针对性技术措施,才能保证施工安全有效.有针对性地进行了技术探讨,提出了相应射孔技术参数及施工工艺.

According to oil or gas exploitation requirement, main track and sidetracks joined exploitation are required sometimes, and oriented perforation technique for sidetracks casing and whipstock is a rapid, convenient technology. The oriented perforation technic of whipstock differs from the general perforation technics or general oriented perforation technics. Its orientation is exact, its deepness is veracious, its perforation parameters are strict, and its technics are complexity. In the technic design, the perforation tergets are analyzed in detail, and some special technics for insuring validity and safety are summarized. The relevant perforation parameters and technic ways are presented finally.
