通过几何分析,推导出光滑相切的等误差圆弧逼近渐开线的三个关键参数的相关公式.只要给出渐开线的函数和拟合允差,就可以快速计算得到三个关键参数,从而快速计算得到符合要求的所有光滑连接圆弧.在MATLAB中编程运行,也可以用其它语言编程,嵌入到相应的CAD系统,完全可以满足CAD系统的速度要求.程序小,执行迅速,为渐开线的数控编程、CAD系统渐开线显示提供了数据.

The relevent formula of three key parameters of smooth-tangency and equal-tolerance arc approaching involute were derived. So long as the involute function and fitting tolerance were provided, three key parameters could be searched quickly so as to calculate all desirable smooth arcs, which solved the problem of arc approaching involute theoretically. The programs in the paper were executed based on Matlab, and could also be programmed in other languages, embedded into the corresponding CAD system, which could satisfy the requiremet of CAD system for the speed. The program was small and executed promptly, providing references for NC programming of involute and involute display of CAD system.
