对中药萹蓄化学成分及归膀胱经的药性进行了初步研究.确定抑菌活性有效部位,并采用植化方法分离鉴定了化学成分;利用高效液相和液-质联用技术,研究入血成分及其在体内脏器中的分布.结果表明,总黄酮是萹蓄抑菌活性的有效部位,主要含有山奈酚(Ⅰ),槲皮素(Ⅱ),杨梅素(Ⅲ),杨梅树皮苷(Ⅳ),胡桃宁(Ⅴ)和萹蓄苷(Ⅵ).大鼠口服萹蓄总黄酮后,在其血浆中可以检测到化合物Ⅴ和Ⅵ.Ⅵ在膀胱经脏腑中有分布,初步验证了萹蓄归膀胱经的药性理论.

The chemical constituents and meridian doctrine of Polygonum aviculare were investigated in the present study. Antibacterial experiment showed that the total flavonoids of P. aviculare (TFP) were the active portion of P. aviculare. Six flavonoids were identified from TFP by the phytochemical method, including kaempferol (Ⅰ), quercetin (Ⅱ), myricetin (Ⅲ), myricitrin (Ⅳ), juglanin (Ⅴ) and avicularin (Ⅵ). Avicularin (Ⅵ) and juglanin (Ⅴ) were detected in the plasma after taking TFP orally, and avicularin (Ⅵ) was present in the bladder meridain tissues after intravenous administration of avicularin and juglanin. The results of this study validated the theory that P. aviculare belongs to the bladder meridian.
