以实验室自制的无机P型半导体CuI纳米粉体、导电聚合物PEDOT/PSS及乙腈为原料,制备了PEDOT/PSS-CuI复合电解质及纯CuI固体电解质进行对比.通过X射线衍射(XRD)对CuI粉体的晶形进行了分析,用四探针电阻仪测定了电解质薄膜的电阻率,测试了染料敏化太阳能电池的性能.结果表明:当CuI在PEDOT/PSS中添加量为20%时,PEDOT/PSS-CuI复合电解质组装电池的性能最好.且PEDOT/PSS-CuI复合电解质的性能稳定性要优于纯CuI固体电解质.

The PEDOT/PSS-CuI composite electrolyte and pure CuI solid state electrolyte were prepared with CuI nano-powders、PEDOT/PSS and acetonitrile.Crystal structure of CuI powder and resistance rate of electmlyte film were investigated by the X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)and four probes resistance rate instrument.The performance of DSSC was measured by UVSP respectively.The results indicated that the best performance of the PEDPT/PSS-CuI composite electrolyte was obtained when the optimal addition of CuI was 20%and the stability of this solid state DSSC was better.
