2009年1月到2月,对济南市、青州市和淄博市3个地区的123个保护地根结线虫病的发生情况进行了调查,涉及种植年限、种植作物、施肥、根结线虫病的发生情况和采用的防治方法及防治效果等内容.结果表明,截至2009年1月1日,种植5年的保护地所占比例最大为23.6%,根结线虫病发生普遍,发病率为63.4%,番茄等易感作物的种植面积高达78.0%;种植1~5年的保护地根结线虫病害发生较低且稳定,6年以上的保护地根结线虫病发生严重并且存在较大差异.施用有机肥料利于提高根结线虫病的防治效果.生产中常用化学药剂防治根结线虫病,其他方法如轮作,高温闷棚(石灰氮)等,但效果不佳.

The incidence of root - knot nematode disease in 123 plastic greenhouses in Jinan,Qingzhou and Zibo of Shandong province was investigated from Jan 8,2009 to Feb 28,2009,including age of the greenhouses,crops that planted ,fertilizer that applied,occurrence and control methods of the disease. The results showed that the percentage of plastic greenhouses with 5 years of old was the highest till Jan. 1,2009 (23.6%). Most of the greenhouses were infected by root knot nematode disease,and the incidence reached 63.4%. The root knot nematode - susceptible crops were planted in a large area (up to 78.0%). The occurrence of the disease in greenhouses with 1 to 5 years of old was not serious and stable. However,in greenhouses of more than 6 years of old,the disease was serious and with remarkable difference among different greenhouses. Application of organic manure was beneficial to control of root knot nematode. The most common used method to control the disease was chemical application,and other methods such as crop rotation and high temperature stuffy studio (lime nitrogen) were also used but with no good effect.
