加强校企合作,深化人才培养模式的改革与创新是高等职业教育培养高素质技能型人才的关键。以校企合作引企入校建立校内分公司为主要载体,对商贸类专业＂公司制＂人才培养模式的构建思路、主要特征、实施路径等进行分析阐述,并进行实践探索,凸显出创新点与特色优势。

To strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and deepen the reform and innovation of the training module is the key for the higher vocational schools to cultivate high-quality and skilled personnels.This paper mainly proposes to jointly establish a branch company in high schools so as to introduce the enterprises into the campus and analyzes in-depth the concept,the main features and the ways of implementation.It also explores the way to put it into the practice highlighting the creative characteristics.
