为了解进修医师如何认识网络对医学发展和个人专业发展的作用以及利用网络进行医学文献检索的现状,我们对上海市10所医院的473名进修医师进行了问卷调查.调查结果表明,进修医师对于网络的认识和利用网络进行医学文献检索的现状不容乐观,继续医学教育工作者应当重视对他们进行信息素质教育.

In order to know how contemporary refresher doctors evaluate the Intemet effect on medical development and personal professional development as well as how they retrieve medical literatures through Internet questionnaires were distributed to 473 refresher doctors.The results showed that the refresher doctors' understanding of Internet and utilizing Intemet for retrieving medical literatures were not optimistic.As continuing medical educators we should attach importance to improve their information-related skills.
