30MnSi在拉拔刻槽过程中出现断裂现象,通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分、金相分析以及扫描电镜微区分析,得出:连铸坯皮下卷渣及局部增碳造成热轧母材表面结疤,在后期拉拔过程中以结疤缺陷为裂纹源产生断裂。

PC steel bar made from 30MnSi occurred breakup phenomenon during drawing and grooving process .By adopting a succession of macro appearance observation , chemical composition , metallurgical analysis and scanning e-lectron microscope microzone analysis , it was concluded that entrapped slag under the surface and local carburetion of continuous casting blank resulted in surface scar of hot rolled base material , further the scar defect was the crack origin to form fracture in later drawing process .
