目的研究全身放射损伤对皮肤伤口组织细胞的影响及康复新 (W11-α12)的促愈作用,探讨放创复合伤时创伤难愈的机制与促愈措施.方法 100只雄性健康昆明种小鼠,体质量 (20± 2) g,以随机数字表法设单纯创伤 (单伤 )和全身放射损伤合并创伤 (复合伤 )组.小鼠 6 Gy照射后,于背部造成两个皮肤切口伤,观察伤后伤口愈合速度、伤口炎细胞、成纤维细胞和毛细血管数量及表皮细胞中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)含量的变化.结果伤后 3,5,7 d,单纯创伤组 (单伤组 )伤口愈合速度 (% )为 63.22,83.47,94.61,放创复合伤组 (复合伤组 )则显著降低 (t=7.84,7.26,8.18,P< 0.01),分别为 52.67,69.18,82.88.伤后 1,3,5 d,复合伤组伤口炎细胞数量分别比单伤组下降 26.53% ,62.11% ,38.91%;成纤维细胞数量下降 43.73% ,52.70% ,25.32%;毛细血管数量在伤后 5 d降低 55.97%;应用康复新后,两伤组均见伤口愈合速度加快、细胞数量增加,但复合伤组的增幅要大于单伤组.伤后 3,5 d,复合伤组表皮细胞 bFGF含量比单伤组低 59.15%和 36.15%,当应用康复新后,复合伤组增幅分别比单伤组高 35.90%和 10.97%.结论伤后伤口局部细胞数量减少和表皮细胞中 bFGF含量下降是合并放射损伤后创面难愈的重要原因之一,康复新对伤口的细胞游走、增殖及表皮细胞分泌 bFGF的功能具有促进作用.

목적연구전신방사손상대피부상구조직세포적영향급강복신 (W11-α12)적촉유작용,탐토방창복합상시창상난유적궤제여촉유조시.방법 100지웅성건강곤명충소서,체질량 (20± 2) g,이수궤수자표법설단순창상 (단상 )화전신방사손상합병창상 (복합상 )조.소서 6 Gy조사후,우배부조성량개피부절구상,관찰상후상구유합속도、상구염세포、성섬유세포화모세혈관수량급표피세포중감성성섬유세포생장인자 (bFGF)함량적변화.결과상후 3,5,7 d,단순창상조 (단상조 )상구유합속도 (% )위 63.22,83.47,94.61,방창복합상조 (복합상조 )칙현저강저 (t=7.84,7.26,8.18,P< 0.01),분별위 52.67,69.18,82.88.상후 1,3,5 d,복합상조상구염세포수량분별비단상조하강 26.53% ,62.11% ,38.91%;성섬유세포수량하강 43.73% ,52.70% ,25.32%;모세혈관수량재상후 5 d강저 55.97%;응용강복신후,량상조균견상구유합속도가쾌、세포수량증가,단복합상조적증폭요대우단상조.상후 3,5 d,복합상조표피세포 bFGF함량비단상조저 59.15%화 36.15%,당응용강복신후,복합상조증폭분별비단상조고 35.90%화 10.97%.결론상후상구국부세포수량감소화표피세포중 bFGF함량하강시합병방사손상후창면난유적중요원인지일,강복신대상구적세포유주、증식급표피세포분비 bFGF적공능구유촉진작용.
Aim To investigate the effect of radiation injury of whole body on histiocyte in skin wound and Kangfuxin(W11-α 12) and explore the mechanism of difficult recovery of combined wound and measures.Methods 100 male and healthy mice of Kunming series weighted (20± 2) g.The experimental group of simple wound and radiation damaged combined with trauma was made respectively.The rats irradiation was accomplished with a dose of 6 Gy using a 60Co γ- ray irradiation,then two incisions wound on back were made.To observe speed of wound healing and content changes inflammatory cells in wound,fibroblast,quantity of blood capillary and bFGF.Results On the 3rd,5th and 7th day after injury,the recovery speed(% ) of wound in simple wound group was 63.22% ,83.47% and 94.61% respectively and that in the combined wound group obviously decreased(t=7.84,7.26,8.18,P< 0.01) and was 52.67% ,69.18% and 82.88% respectively.On the 1st,3rd and 5th day after burn,the quantity of inflammatory cells in the combined wound group decreased 26.53% ,62.11% and 38.91% respectively compared with the control group,that of fibroblast decreased 43.73% ,52.70% and 25.32% and that of blood capillary decreased 55.97% 5 days after injury.After using Kangfuxin,step- up of wound healing and increasing of cell quantity could be seen in both groups,but it was better in the combined group than the control group.On the 3rd and 5th day after injury,the bFGF content of epidermic cell in the combined group was lower 59.15% and 36.15% compared with the simple wound group.After using Kangfuxin,the width of increasing in the combined wound group increased 35.90% and 10.97% respectively than the single wound group.Conclusion Decreasing of local cell quantity in wound after injury and reducing of bFGF content in epidemic cells is one of the important factors causing the difficult recovery of wound surface.Kangfuxin has improving effect on the migration and proliferation of cells and the function of epidemic cell's excreting bFGF.
