目的 探讨二维血流显像(B-Flow)技术在肾衰血透患者动静脉瘘中的应用价值。方法 对31例尿毒症患者人工动静脉瘘分别采用彩色多普勒血流图(CDFI)、血流功率图(PDI)和B-Flow三种模式显示瘘口和动静脉侧血管情况,着重观察吻合口和动静脉侧血管形态、管壁情况以及管腔内血流显示情况,并进行血流动力学检测。结果 本组31例检查对象,端端吻合23例,端侧吻合3例,侧侧吻合2例,人造血管吻合3例。吻合口平均内径5 mm。吻合口狭窄6例,血栓形成4例。B-Flow技术能同时清晰显示血流和邻近背景组织,与CDFI、PDI结合使用可提高异常图像显示率。B-Flow与CDFI、PDI比较,具有更高帧频、高分辨力和全景显示功能。结论 B-Flow技术是监测血透患者治疗过程中造瘘血管状况的有效检测手段之一。动静脉瘘主要并发症是吻合口狭窄、静脉段瘤样扩张和形成血栓。
目的 探討二維血流顯像(B-Flow)技術在腎衰血透患者動靜脈瘺中的應用價值。方法 對31例尿毒癥患者人工動靜脈瘺分彆採用綵色多普勒血流圖(CDFI)、血流功率圖(PDI)和B-Flow三種模式顯示瘺口和動靜脈側血管情況,著重觀察吻閤口和動靜脈側血管形態、管壁情況以及管腔內血流顯示情況,併進行血流動力學檢測。結果 本組31例檢查對象,耑耑吻閤23例,耑側吻閤3例,側側吻閤2例,人造血管吻閤3例。吻閤口平均內徑5 mm。吻閤口狹窄6例,血栓形成4例。B-Flow技術能同時清晰顯示血流和鄰近揹景組織,與CDFI、PDI結閤使用可提高異常圖像顯示率。B-Flow與CDFI、PDI比較,具有更高幀頻、高分辨力和全景顯示功能。結論 B-Flow技術是鑑測血透患者治療過程中造瘺血管狀況的有效檢測手段之一。動靜脈瘺主要併髮癥是吻閤口狹窄、靜脈段瘤樣擴張和形成血栓。
목적 탐토이유혈류현상(B-Flow)기술재신쇠혈투환자동정맥루중적응용개치。방법 대31례뇨독증환자인공동정맥루분별채용채색다보륵혈류도(CDFI)、혈류공솔도(PDI)화B-Flow삼충모식현시루구화동정맥측혈관정황,착중관찰문합구화동정맥측혈관형태、관벽정황이급관강내혈류현시정황,병진행혈류동역학검측。결과 본조31례검사대상,단단문합23례,단측문합3례,측측문합2례,인조혈관문합3례。문합구평균내경5 mm。문합구협착6례,혈전형성4례。B-Flow기술능동시청석현시혈류화린근배경조직,여CDFI、PDI결합사용가제고이상도상현시솔。B-Flow여CDFI、PDI비교,구유경고정빈、고분변력화전경현시공능。결론 B-Flow기술시감측혈투환자치료과정중조루혈관상황적유효검측수단지일。동정맥루주요병발증시문합구협착、정맥단류양확장화형성혈전。
Objective To explore and understand the practical value of B-Flow in arteriovenous fistula in patients with uremia for the hemodialysis.Methods Upper limbs arteriovenous fistulas in 31 patients with uremia were examined and analyzed by CDFI, PDI and B-flow. It is important to observe conformation of fistula and blood vessel and examine changes on hemodynamics.Results Among these cases, 23 patients were operated with end-to-end anastomoses, 3 patients with end-to-side anastomoses,2 patients with side-to-side anastomoses,and 3 patients with manmade blood vessels. The average diameter of anastomotic orifice is 5 mm.There are 6 patients with the stenosis of anastomotic orifice and 4 patients with thrombus formation. B-Flow technique can display blood flow and background tissue distinctly at the same time. B-Flow include wide bandwidth, high frame rate and high dynamic range for high spatial, temporal and contrast resolution imaging, respectively.Conclusions B-Flow is an effective detective methods in patients with uremia during hemodialysis treatment. The main complication involved in is the stenosis of anastomotic orifice, venus dilatation and thrombus formation in individual case.
