空分设备是石化、冶金等行业重要的生产装置之一,由于其特殊的结构和介质的理化性质,发生爆炸的危险性较大.近年来,因空分设备制造缺陷和管理不善等原因,已发生多起空分设备的爆炸事故,特别是空分主冷凝蒸发器中烃类物质超标引起的爆炸是近几年来事故频发的主要原因,不仅影响了生产装置的平稳运行,而且给企业和国家造成重大的经济损失.本文从装置的实际运行经验出发,介绍了空分装置主冷蒸发器发生爆炸的机理和防爆措施.

The air separation unit is one of important production unit in petrochemical, metallurgical and other industries. The danger of its explosion is large because of its special structure and the physical and chemical properties of the substance in it. In recent years, air separation unit have occurred lots of explosion because of its manufacturing defects and mismanagement and other reasons, especially over the past few years, the main reason of frequent accidents dues to condensates of hydrocarbon material which are over limit in the main air separation evaporator. These frequent accidents not only affect the smooth operation, but also cause significant economic losses for enterprises and countries. This article introduced the principle of explosion and explosion-proof measures from the actual experience in the main air separation evaporator running.
