目的:观察冬梅饮对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metallo proteinase-9,MMP-9)和氧化应激(OS)的影响,探讨冬梅饮防治早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的作用机制.方法:STZ腹腔注射建立早期DN模型,将成模大鼠随机分成模型组、冬梅饮治疗组、缬沙坦治疗组,治疗8周.采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测肾组织MMP-9的含量并检测血清氧化应激指标.结果:与正常组比较模型组大鼠肾组织MMP-9含量减少,血清SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活力明显降低,血清MDA含量增多,与模型组比较冬梅饮组可明显增加肾组织MMP-9含量,调整氧化应激状态.结论:早期糖尿病肾损伤可能与基质金属蛋白酶异常变化及氧化应激有关,冬梅饮可能通过影响上述指标的变化而起到保护肾功能的作用.

목적:관찰동매음대당뇨병신병대서신조직기질금속단백매-9(matrix metallo proteinase-9,MMP-9)화양화응격(OS)적영향,탐토동매음방치조기당뇨병신병(DN)적작용궤제.방법:STZ복강주사건립조기DN모형,장성모대서수궤분성모형조、동매음치료조、힐사탄치료조,치료8주.채용쌍항체협심ABC-ELISA법검측신조직MMP-9적함량병검측혈청양화응격지표.결과:여정상조비교모형조대서신조직MMP-9함량감소,혈청SOD、GSH-Px、CAT활력명현강저,혈청MDA함량증다,여모형조비교동매음조가명현증가신조직MMP-9함량,조정양화응격상태.결론:조기당뇨병신손상가능여기질금속단백매이상변화급양화응격유관,동매음가능통과영향상술지표적변화이기도보호신공능적작용.
To evaluate the effects of dongmei liqour on matrix metallo proteinase-9 (MMP-9) in the diabetic rats and investigate the mechanism of dongmei liqour in preventing and treating early diabetic nephropathy (DN).Meothods: Models with early DN were induced by injecting streptozotocin (STZ). The model rats were randomly divided into the model group, dongmei liqour group and valsartan group. The course of treatment continued 8 weeks. Observing the changes of MMP-9 in the renal cortex by double antibody ABC-ELISA method.Results: To compared with the normal group, the level of MMP-9 decreased in the model group, the two treated groups could increased the level of MMP-9, especially the dongmei liqour group had the best effect. Conclusion: The protective effect of dongmei liqoue on renal structure may be achieved by modulating the level of MMP-9.
